The making of a will is a very simple process

Why not make a will?
Apathy, Laziness, not wanting to tempt fate, I’m too young. All have been used in the past. Wouldn’t you prefer that your estate was divided up in accordance with your instructions, and not at someone else’s interpretation. Its important that the right person / people inherit, and that it doesn’t get stuck in the legal process for months.

What should I do?
Make an appointment with an adviser. Give some thought to what you want to happen and discuss your requirements. The worst case scenario – the Crown takes all!
