Owner-occupied factories, warehouses and offices

• Loans up to 80% of valuation are available(up to 100% for sitting tenants buying at a discount)
• Repayment term up to 30 years
• Interest 1.5% over Base upwards
• Minimum loan £50,000

Commercial Investment Property

• Loans up to 85% of valuation
• Repayment term up to 25 years
• Interest 1% over Base upwards
• Up to 5 years interest-only
• Fixed rates available
• Better terms are available for substantial investments with blue chip tenants

Residential Investment Property

• Loans up to 75% of valuation
• Repayment term up to 35 years
• Interest 1% over Base upwards
• Interest-only loans available
• Minimum loan £15,001
• Minimal or no valuation fees!

Hotels, Restaurants and Pubs

• Loans up to 75% of purchase price
• Repayment term up to 25 years
• Interest rates from 1.5% over Base upwards

Nursing & Rest Homes

• Loans up to 75% of purchase price/ ERP (100% of ERRP)
• Repayment term up to 30 years
• Interest 1.75% over Base upwards

Professional Practices

• Particularly attractive rates are available for this sector
• Accountants, Dentists, Doctors, Solicitors, Surveyors, Vets.
• Loans up to 100% of purchase price/ valuation
• Interest 1% over Base upwards

Retail Shops and Post Offices

• Loans up to 75% of valuation are available
• Up to 100% for sitting tenants buying at a discount
• Repayment term up to 25 years
• Interest 1.75 to 3% over Base
